The mixing induced time dependent CP asymmetry, direct CP asymmetry, and branching ratio in B → ΦK S in a model III 2HDM are calculated, in particular, neutral Higgs boson contributions are included. It is shown that satisfying all the relevant experimental constraints, for time dependent CP asymmetry S φK the model III can agree with the present data, s φ k = −0.39 ± 0.41, within the 1σ error, and the direct CP asymmetry which is zero in SM can reach about twenty percents in the reasonable regions of parameters.

We discuss the isospin symmetry breaking quantity ∆ ±0 ≡ Γ(B ± → ρ ± γ)/2Γ(B 0 → ρ 0 γ)−1, and the direct CP violation in B ± → ρ ± γ within and beyond the standard model. After showing that the leading-order calculation would be a good approximation in such models, we argue that measurements of these quantities would be able to disentagle physics beyond the standard model.
